Schedule Pickups on Phluowise

Phluowise facilitates scheduled pickups to streamline the process for users and ensure efficient delivery of water products. This feature includes three distinct order activities categorized under Schedule Pickups: Status, Ongoing, and Completed.

Status:

  • Under the Status category, users can track the progress of their scheduled orders.

  • Order statuses include Pending Order, Order Accepted, and Order Denied.

  • These statuses provide transparency and enable users to stay informed about the status of their orders.

Ongoing:

  • Orders that have been accepted by the company transition to the Ongoing category.

  • Users can monitor ongoing orders and prepare for the scheduled pickup.

Completed:

  • Once the scheduled pickup is completed, orders move to the Completed category.

  • Users receive confirmation that their order has been successfully delivered or picked up.

Additional Notes:

  • For scheduled pickups involving dispenser bottles, users can only return the bottles if they have made a purchase from the company.

  • Payment for scheduled orders is facilitated through the Pay on Delivery option, ensuring users only pay upon product receipt and pickup confirmation.

Usage:

  • The Schedule Pickups feature ensures transparency and good customer service by allowing users to track the status of their scheduled orders.

  • Upon acceptance of the order by the company, users can proceed with returning dispenser bottles for pickup.

  • Payment for scheduled orders is facilitated through the Pay on Delivery option, providing users with a convenient and secure payment method.
