Registration Process for Phluowise Ecommerce / Phluowise Business
To register for Phluowise Ecommerce or Phluowise Business, follow these simple steps:
Phluowise Ecommerce
Download and Open Phluowise Ecommerce App:
Once downloaded, open the Phluowise Ecommerce app on your mobile device.
Sign In or Create an Account:
Tap on the
Sign Inbutton to begin.Sign in with your phone number/email and password or use your Google account.
If you're not registered, tap on
Create an Accountto proceed.

Provide Registration Details:
Enter your full name, phone number, email address, and password.
Choose between
IndividualorBusinessbased on your preference.Selecting
Businessprovides direct access to water companies.Feature on Beta.
Tap on
Create Accountto complete the registration process.

Can I register as an individual or a business?
Confirm Your Identity:
Check your email for a confirmation code.
Enter the code in the app to confirm your identity and continue logging into your account.

Phluowise Business (Companies)
Follow the same registration process, but provide company details such as company name, company email, company phone number, and company password.

For Drivers:
All driver registrations are done on the company side.
Drivers need to input a generated code provided by the company.
Enter the same name used for registration on the company app.
Once completed, the driver can successfully log in.
Changing Password in Phluowise Ecommerce / Phluowise Business (Mobile/Web)
Can I change my password on both the web and mobile apps?
Yes, you can change your password on mobile and web apps
To change your password in Phluowise Ecommerce or Phluowise Business, follow these steps:
For Ecommerce App:
Navigate to the Sign In page. Tap on
Forget Your Password.Input your email address to request authorization to change your password.
After confirmation, input your new password and confirm to continue.

For Company Mobile and Web App:
Follow the same steps as the Ecommerce app.
Input your email address to request authorization.
After confirmation, input your new password and confirm to continue.
For Drivers (In Company Embedded App):
Access the company's app.
Tap on
Add Driverin the menu.Locate the password section and generate a new code/password for the driver to input for login.
For Web App (Company Side):
Beneath the dashboard on the left-hand side, locate
Add Driver.Follow the same process to generate a code for the driver to log in.
