Sign Up Requirements:

• Company Name: Your official business name

• Company Email: A valid email address for administrative notifications

• Password: Must meet the following security criteria:

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • At least one uppercase letter

  • At least one lowercase letter

  • At least one number

  • At least one special character

  • No spaces allowed

How to Register

1. Navigate to the Sign Up page

2. Enter your Company Name and Company Email

3. Create a secure Password

4. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

5. Click Sign Up

6. A verification link will be sent to your email. Click the link to verify your account before logging in.

Verification

• Q: Why is my profile verification "Pending"?

Verification involves a manual review of your uploaded documents (Business Registration, Ghana Card). This process typically takes 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification once approved.

To access all features, your account must undergo a tiered verification process.

How to Verify Your Account

1. Log in to your account

1. Navigate to Account Verification via the dashboard or top navigation

1. Identity Verification:

• Click Start Verification on the Identity card

• Provide your Full Name, Date of Birth, ID Type, and Ghana Card ID

• Submit for review (Status: Pending -> Verified/Rejected)

1. Company Verification:

• Note: Identity Verification must be approved first

• Click Start Company Verification

• Provide Company Name, Location, and Registration Number

• Submit for business verification

Status Indicators

• 🟢 Verified: Step is complete

• 🟡 Pending: Under review

• 🔴 Rejected: Requires resubmission

• ⚪ Not Started: Pending initiation
