Activity Page Overview for Drivers

The Activity Page in the Phluowise driver app is designed to provide drivers with a clear overview of their current and upcoming tasks. It is divided into four sections: Ongoing, Start, Done, and Reject. Each section displays essential information to help drivers efficiently navigate their deliveries.

How do I navigate to the Activity Page?

On the menu, locate Activity and tap on it.

1. Ongoing:

   • The Ongoing section displays the current pickup or delivery task that the driver is actively engaged in.

   • It includes details such as the location name, distance to the location, minutes away, and a countdown timer to help the driver navigate to the destination timely.

   • Tasks in progress are highlighted in yellow for easy identification.

2. Start:

   • The Start section lists tasks that have been accepted by the driver and are in progress.

   • When a new order is accepted, it appears in this section as On-start (Colour in blue) until the driver begins the delivery journey.

   • Once the driver starts the delivery journey, the task status changes to Ongoing and moves to the Ongoing section.

3. Done:

   • The Done section shows tasks that have been successfully completed by the driver.

   • When the driver arrives at the destination point for delivery, they are prompted to swipe Arrive to confirm their arrival.

   • Once the arrival is confirmed, the task status changes to Done (highlighted in green) to indicate successful completion.

Procedure:

• To accept an order while on a delivery task, the driver is prompted to either Accept or Reject the new order request.

• Upon accepting the order, it moves to the "Start" section.

• When the driver arrives at the delivery destination, they swipe Arrive to confirm completion, and the task moves to the Done section.

• Tasks can be visually identified based on their status color (blue for start, yellow for ongoing, green for done, and red for reject).
