Rating System Overview on Phluowise
The rating system on Phluowise is designed to provide users with the opportunity to evaluate their experience with water companies, drivers, and the Phluowise platform itself. It is divided into three distinct parts:
Company Rating:
Users can access company ratings directly by navigating to the list of water companies.
Upon selecting a company, users can view its profile and scroll down to locate the rating section.
Here, users can see the total star ratings and reviews submitted by other users, helping them make informed decisions about choosing a water company.
Driver Rating:
After completing an order, users are prompted to rate the driver who delivered their water.
Rating the driver is mandatory and can be done with a single tap, allowing users to provide feedback on the quality of service received.
Phluowise Rating:
Similarly, users are given the option to rate their overall experience with the Phluowise platform.
This rating is provided as an option after completing an order and rating the driver.
Users can choose to rate Phluowise immediately or at a later time.
If they opt to rate Phluowise, they are directed to the respective app store (Play Store or App Store) to submit their rating and review.
Usage:
The rating system empowers users to share their feedback and experiences, contributing to transparency and accountability within the Phluowise community.
