How to Access Ratings
  1. Click on Messaging in the sidebar

  2. Select the Ratings tab

  3. View customer reviews and star ratings

  4. Filter by rating level (1-5 stars) or date

  5. Click on individual ratings for detailed feedback

How to Generate Reports
  1. Click on Messaging in the sidebar

  2. Select the Reports tab

  3. Choose your report type (sales, orders, products, etc.)

  4. Set your desired date range

  5. Apply any additional filters

  6. Click Generate to view the report

  7. Export as PDF or Excel if needed
