Messaging Section (Company Web)
Under the Messaging section, there are two subsections: Chat and Rating.
Chat: This section allows the company to communicate with customers directly.
Reviews: This subsection focuses on customer reviews and ratings specifically directed towards the company. Here, the company can view customer opinions, overall ratings, and individual ratings provided by customers.

Accessing Ratings:
To access the ratings, follow these steps:
Navigate to the
Messagingsection from the sidebar menu or dashboard.Click on the
Rating, you will find thetotal reviewsandstar ratingsdisplayed prominently.

To access the chat, follow these steps:

Chat, you will find the chat displayed prominently.
Messaging On Mobile App
Messaging Section (Company )
On the mobile app, the Rating and Chat functionalities are separated and listed on the menu sidebar for easy access.

Rating:
When you navigate to the Rating section, you will find two types of reviews: Driver's reviews and Company's reviews, all provided by clients using the Phluowise ecommerce app.

These reviews are quantified into three categories: strong, weak, and moderate. Tapping on the respective rating category opens its page for detailed review.

Chat:
Similarly, the Chat section allows for direct communication between the company and customers.
By tapping on the Chat option in the menu sidebar, users can access and engage in conversations with customers in real-time.
