Dashboard Layout Overview (Web App)
The Main Dashboard of the Phluowise Company Web App is a centralized hub designed to streamline company management operations. It comprises three key sections: Navigation Bar, Header, and Main.

Navigation Bar (1.0):
Home: Directs users to the main landing page of the web app.
Add Driver: Enables company administrators to add new drivers to their fleet.
Messaging: Facilitates communication between administrators, drivers, and customers, including
chat functionalityand access toratings.Account Details: Provides comprehensive account management tools, including access to
accounts,transaction history, andsubscriptionmanagement.Pickups: Offers features related to
pick up requests,returns, andaccess to the driver app.

Header / Title (2.0):
Back Button: Allows users to navigate back to previous pages within the web app.
Search: Enables users to search for specific information or drivers within the platform.
Profile/Notification/Add Branch: Consolidated section for accessing
user profiles,notifications, and options toadd new branches.

Main Header (3.10):
Filter (3.11): Allows users to apply filters for specific criteria, such as driver availability or pickup requests.
Map Controls (3.12): Provides controls for navigating the map interface, including options to
track drivers' live locations (Google Map icon)andadjust map views (Maximize/Minimize button).

Online/Offline Status: Indicates whether drivers are currently available for assignments.
Vehicle and Driver Identification: Displays vehicle numbers and driver IDs for easy identification.
Filter Functionality: Enables users to filter drivers based on their online/offline status, facilitating efficient tracking and management.

Main Map Area (3.30):
Driver Details: Upon tapping on a specific driver, users can view detailed information in a pop-up menu, including
driver profilesandwork activities.Displays an interactive map interface, providing real-time visualization of drivers' locations and navigation routes.

The Dashboard layout is meticulously crafted to enhance user experience, streamline operations, and optimize company management processes within the Phluowise Company Web App.
Accessing Driver Activities and Details (Web)
On the Main-map area (3.30), Tap on
view detailson the small dialogue box after you have tapped on the driver's image on the map.

Once page is opened, view
analytics,chats,user detailsfrom the driver,transaction historyof the driver andratings. These features are only for the driver for the company to get access to customers each drivers target.

Adding a Driver (Web App)
There are two ways to Add Driver On Phluowise Business App web.
Sidebar Navigation:
Navigate to the
Dashboardsection.Locate and click on
Add Driverin the sidebar menu.

Header Navigation:
Click on your profile icon located on the right side of the header.
Select
Add Driverfrom the dropdown menu.

Driver Information:
Fill in the following details:
Driver's Image
Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Vehicle Number
Vehicle Type
Driver's ID Number
Generated Password (automatically generated upon clicking the "Generate" button)

Mobile App Dashboard Overview:
The dashboard of the mobile app is divided into two sections: the Header and the Main.

Header:
Header Components: Includes Profile and a maximize/minimize button.
Menu: Contains all the sidebar components and links to various features of the business app, such as Home, Notifications, Add Drivers, Add/View Branch, Subscription, Account, Transactions, Get Pickup, Rating, Chat, Request, About, Login Details, and Switch to Driver.

Main:
Displays all drivers in a list format, including their name, contact number, vehicle number, online/offline status indicator, and a location icon for tracking their current location on the map.

Accessing Driver Activities and Details ( mobile app)
On the Main page, tap on each driver to view whether they are online or offline .

Once page is opened, locate the
Driver Activity Tools

And navigate through the
Driver Activity Tools

Adding a Driver (Mobile App):
Tap on the Menu button, located in the top-left corner of the app.
From the sidebar menu that slides in from the left, tap on
Add Driver.Also, from the
Add Driverpage, you can tap on theplus iconto open add driver forms to fill out in order to add driver to the list on the page.
