Business Profile: Comprehensive Identity Management
To set up the business profile in Phluow Business, follow these steps:
Under the profile: we have Set Profile, Add/view Branches, add products, add driver and see login details.
Access Profile Settings:
The profile settings can be accessed by clicking on the profile icon located at the top right corner of the Title/Header.
Steps:
Navigate to the Title/Header section of the dashboard.
Locate the profile icon and click on it.

Set Profile:
This option allows the company to establish and manage its profile information, including essential details such as company name, description, location, contact information, website link, and social media handles. Additionally, companies can upload a banner and profile picture to represent their brand effectively.
Functionality:
Users can click on
Set Profileto access a page where they can input and update their profile information as needed.

How do I set up my company profile on Phluowise?

The company profile settings on the mobile platform are divided into two main sections: Identity Settings and Products Settings.

Identity Settings:

Banner:
Upload or select a banner image to represent the company's brand or identity visually.

Profile Picture:
Choose or upload a profile picture to represent the company's logo or branding.

Company Description:
Provide a brief description or overview of the company's products, services, or mission.

Working Days and Time Selection:
Specify the working days and operating hours of the company for transparency and scheduling purposes.

Social Media Handles:
Add or link the company's social media profiles for enhanced online presence and engagement.

Schedule Order:
Configure settings related to scheduled order processing and management.
Company Website Link:
Provide a link to the company's official website for additional information and online presence.

Adding a website Link
Location and Contact Information:
Add multiple telephone numbers and specify the company's physical location for customer inquiries and support.

Products Management:
Add, Delete, and Select Products:
Manage the list of products offered by the company, including adding new products, deleting outdated items, and selecting featured or promoted products.

Upload Videos:
Enhance product listings by uploading videos showcasing product features, usage instructions, or customer testimonials.

Add/View Branches (web) :
Can I manage multiple branches or locations from my profile?
Yes, you can!
This feature enables companies to add and manage multiple branches or locations under their business profile. It provides flexibility for businesses with multiple physical locations to manage each branch's details effectively.
Functionality:
By clicking on
Add/View Branches, companies can add new branches, view existing branches, and edit branch information as necessary.

Adding a Branch:
How do I add or view branches on Phluowise?
After clicking on
Add/View Branches, a pop menu will appear where the company can manage branch information.To add a new branch, the company will be asked to input the branch name and location details into the provided fields.
Once the branch name and location are entered, a blue button labelled
Create Branch Spacecan be clicked to create the branch.Clicking on the
Create Branch Spacebutton will add the new branch to the list of branches associated with the company.Each branch listed will have an option to switch ownership, allowing the company to assign branch ownership as desired.

Switch Ownership Option:
Can I assign ownership to different branches?
Yes, you can assign ownership to different branches of your company.
This feature allows the company administrator (typically the main account holder) to transfer ownership of a specific branch to another user within the organization. This can be useful for delegating responsibilities and management tasks to different team members or managers.

Delegation of Responsibilities: Allows the company to delegate branch management tasks to different team members or managers.
Streamlined Operations: Ensures that each branch has a designated owner responsible for its management and operations.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Provides flexibility for the company to adjust ownership as organizational roles or structures evolve over time.
By leveraging the option to switch branch ownership, companies can effectively distribute responsibilities and streamline operations within their organization on the Phluowise Business platform.

Branch Management:
How do I delete or modify branch information?
Each branch listed on the page will be displayed with options for management.
To delete a branch, the user can click on the
red Delete buttonlocated beneath the branch list.Upon clicking the
Delete button, a delete icon will appear beside each branch listed.The user can then click on the delete icon next to the branch they wish to remove.
After selecting the branch for deletion, the user can confirm the action by clicking on the
Deletebutton again.
Confirmation:
A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure the user wants to delete the selected branch.
The user can choose to proceed with the deletion by clicking "Confirm" or cancel the action by clicking "Back" to return to the previous page.

Once Branch is set, it appears at the 2 sections in the figure below.
Companies can quick access this feature to the branch page.

By following these navigation steps, Companies can easily access the Add/View Branches feature and manage branch information effectively within the Phluowise Business platform.

What details can I include for each product?
This option allows companies to showcase their products on the Phluowise Ecommerce platform. Businesses can upload images or videos of their products, along with relevant details such as product name, description, cost, and any applicable discounts.
How do I add products to my company profile?
Functionality:
Clicking on
Add Productsdirects users to a page where they can upload product images or videos, enter product details, and publish their products for customers to view and purchase.

Adding products to the profile allows the company to showcase its offerings to potential customers on the Phluowise Ecommerce app.
Steps:
Navigate to the
Add Productspage by clicking the corresponding button.Upload images or videos of the company's products.
Enter product details such as name, description, cost, and discount percentage for display on the app.
Can I update or remove products from my profile?
Yes, you can delete products from your profile. Continue below:
Click on the
Delete button (blue)to activate the select feature for delete(red button).

locate: Add Products (mobile)
This feature enables companies to onboard new drivers to their business operations. Companies can input driver information such as name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and driver ID. Additionally, companies can generate a password for drivers to access their accounts.
Functionality:
Clicking on
Add Driverdirects users to a page where they can input driver details and generate login credentials for new drivers joining the company.
