  1. Transactions: Tracking Financial Activities

The Transactions feature within Phluowise Business allows companies to track their financial activities, including payments received from consumers and transaction fees paid to Phluowise.

How do i view my transaction history as a company?

Locate Transactions below the Account Details at the Navbar. On-page open: Click on "Your Transactions" as shown in the figure below.

  • Your Transactions (To the Company):

This component displays transactions corresponding to payments received by the company from consumers. Companies can view details such as the transaction location, payment status (received), driver image associated with the transaction, date, time, and amount of the sales.

  • Delivered to Phluowise (Transaction Fees to Phluowise):

In this component, companies can track transaction fees paid to Phluowise. Similar to Your Transactions, companies can view details such as the transaction location (Account Debited), date, time, and amount of fees paid.

To access the Transactions feature, companies can follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Sidebar menu within the Phluowise Business mobile app.

  • Locate and select the Account Details option.

  • Click on the Transactions tab to view detailed transaction records.

  1. Subscriptions: Managing Pricing Plans

The Subscriptions feature within Phluowise Business allows companies to manage their pricing plans and subscription options for accessing Phluowise's services.

Key Sections:

  • Free Trial:

Companies are offered a free trial period of 20 days upon activating their account. During this period, companies can explore Phluowise's features and services without any charges.

  • Basic Plan:

After the free trial period expires, companies are mandated enrolled in the Basic Plan through an automated Activated button . Under this plan, companies are charged the following rates for water products:

Automatic Free Plan Activation

  • Sachets: 0.3 Ghana cedis per sachet

  • Bottles and other products: 0.4 Ghana cedis per item

  • Dispenser bottles: 0.5 Ghana cedis per bottle.

Additionally, companies enjoy a 75% discount on transaction fees associated with the Basic Plan for their first 2 years in business with Phluowise.

  • Premium Pack Plan (Coming Soon):

    This section indicates that the Premium Pack Plan will be available in the future. Details about pricing and features for this plan will be provided once it is launched.

    The Account section within Phluowise Business provides companies with detailed insights and management tools for their transactions and order history. It consists of three main components:

    • Transaction Analysis

    • Transaction Account Management (Payments)

    • Schedule Order Transaction History

  • Transaction Analysis:

The transaction analysis is made up of 2 components: Transaction Status and the Transaction Graph.

Transaction Status:

This section provides real-time updates on the status of transactions, including percentage growth and depreciation on a daily basis (currently in beta mode). It includes metrics such as daily total transactions, total booked orders, and daily requests.

  • To navigate to this section, click on any of the contents in the Transaction Status (booked orders, total transactions and requests)

Transaction Account Management (Payments):

The Transaction Account Management (Payments) feature in Phluowise Business empowers companies to efficiently handle all aspects of their financial transactions within the platform. With this tool, businesses can seamlessly manage payments to Phluowise for services rendered and customize payment settings to suit their operational needs. Whether setting up automatic or manual transaction processing or configuring preferred payment methods, this feature ensures streamlined and transparent payment management for enhanced operational efficiency.

It is divided into 2 parts: Payments to Phluowise and The Payments Settings.

Payments to Phluowise:

Companies can manage payments made to Phluowise for services rendered through this feature.

  • If company want to pay to Phluowise: they can click on the Pay button to complete payments.

The Payment Settings feature within Phluowise Business empowers companies to tailor their financial management experience according to their preferences and operational requirements. With customizable options for transaction processing and payment methods, Payment Settings provides a flexible and efficient framework for handling financial transactions seamlessly. From choosing between automatic and manual transaction settings to selecting preferred payment methods, companies can optimize their payment workflows to suit their specific needs, ensuring streamlined and hassle-free payment management.

  • Companies can choose between automatic or manual settings for processing incoming transactions based on their preferences and operational needs.

What payment methods are available for transactions?

  • Options to set payment methods such as mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and credit card.

    • Automatic Payment Setting: When set to automatic, incoming transactions are automatically deposited into the company's account without requiring manual confirmation for each transaction.

To set account payment methods in Phluowise Business, follow these steps:

  1. Access Payment Settings:

  • Click on the Set Account Payment Method button within the Payment Settings section.

How can I manage payments to Phluowise and to my company?

  1. Navigate to Payment Method Settings Page:

  • Upon clicking the button, the Payment Settings page will open, allowing companies to configure their preferred payment methods.

  1. Payment Settings Interface:

  • The Payment Settings interface is conveniently positioned on the left-hand side of the screen, with inner resulted components such as Mobile Money and Credit Card fixed on the right-hand side.

  1. Select Payment Method:

  • Toggle between Mobile Money and Credit Card to choose the desired payment method.

  • When toggling on Mobile Money, its settings will be displayed on the right-hand side, while the Credit Card settings will be deactivated.

  • Similarly, activating Credit Card will deactivate the Mobile Money settings

Choose Account:

  • All mobile money and credit card accounts previously set by the company will be displayed for easy accessibility.

  • Companies can select from the available accounts or add new ones as needed.

  • Additionally, companies have the option to delete previously saved mobile money and credit card accounts.

How to Use the Choose Account

Click on the Delete button at the top shown in the image below. 
  - Select the account you want to delete

In Phluowise Business, the Transaction Status section provides a concise overview of two key metrics: Today's Total Sales and Today's Total Requests. This section is designed to offer businesses immediate insights into their daily transaction performance.

Today's Total Sales:

  • This metric represents the cumulative sum of all sales generated by the business within the current day.

  • It provides businesses with a snapshot of their revenue generation for the day, allowing them to track performance trends and set targets accordingly.

  • By monitoring Today's Total Sales, businesses can assess their financial performance and make informed decisions about resource allocation and strategic planning.

Today's Total Requests:

  • This metric reflects the total number of requests received by the business within the current day.

  • It includes all incoming requests for products, services, or other business-related activities, providing businesses with insights into demand patterns and customer engagement levels.

  • Monitoring Today's Total Requests enables businesses to gauge customer interest, identify popular products or services, and optimize their operations to meet demand effectively.

Provides a quick overview of the total sales (1.11) and number of requests (1.12) received daily, displayed prominently at the top of the page.

  1. Transaction Account Management (Payments):

    Setting Account (Wallet)

  • Set Account Withdrawal Method:

    Initiates the process of setting up account withdrawal methods. Upon tapping this button, a draggable pop-up menu, named Set account Payment Method (In grey), appears from the bottom of the screen.

    • Mobile Money and Credit Card:

      Toggle between these options to select the preferred withdrawal method. Switching between them deactivates the other option.

  • Choose Account:

To open choose account: Tap on the radio button.

  • Choose account contains saved accounts for easy selection. Swipe left or right to delete accounts. After selecting an account, tap Confirm to return to the previous screen.

Active indicator

  • The indicator you described, a small round green icon with a white stroke, is typically located adjacent to or within the Set Account Method button. This indicator serves to visually confirm to the user that their chosen account method has been successfully activated or updated. It provides feedback and reassurance to the user that their selection has been processed and applied within the system. This visual cue enhances the user experience by offering clear feedback on the status of their account settings.

    Below the Set Account Withdrawal Method button, users can toggle between automatic and manual transaction settings. Confirm changes to activate the selected setting.
