Pickups Section
The Pickups section in Phluowise encompasses various functionalities crucial for managing pickup requests efficiently. It is divided into three main categories: Request, Return Pickups, and Get Driver App.
Return Pickups:
Here, customers can arrange for the return of items such as dispenser bottles or other reusable containers. The return process is facilitated through scheduled pickups, ensuring seamless management of product returns.
Get Driver App:
This feature allows companies to acquire the Phluowise driver app, which is essential for their drivers to receive and fulfil pickup requests efficiently. By accessing this option, companies can ensure that their drivers have the necessary tools to execute pickups effectively.

These functionalities collectively streamline the pickup process, enabling companies and drivers to respond promptly to customer requests while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In the Request section, accessible from the sidebar beneath Pickups, companies can manage incoming pickup requests. There are four types of requests: accept (green), deny (red), pending (yellow), and authorize schedule pickups.
- Authorize Schedule Pickups:
This action allows companies to authorize scheduled pickups from customers. By activating this feature, a broadcast is sent to drivers, and the one nearest to the location is notified to accept and proceed to pick up the requested items from the customer. It's important to note that only customers on the Phluowise ecommerce app can see the status of their pickup requests, while drivers are notified once a pickup is authorized and activated by the company.

Request Section (Company Mobile App)
Accessing the Feature:
Navigate to the sidebar menu in the Phluowise dashboard and locate the Get Return Pickups option.
Initiating Return Requests:
Consumers use the Phluowise Ecommerce App to initiate return requests for dispenser bottles after consumption.

Notification:
The company receives notifications of these return requests within the Get Return Pickups section of the dashboard.

Reviewing Details:
Within the section, the company reviews essential details of return requests, such as quantity, type of item, pickup location, date, and time.

Acceptance:
After reviewing, the company can accept return requests by clicking the
Acceptbutton.

Confirming Pickup Details:
Upon acceptance, the company confirms pickup details, including selecting pickup time, date, and adding any necessary information.

Communication:
The confirmed pickup details are communicated to the customer for transparency and awareness by Clicking on Send to Customers.

Authorization:
Once ready, the company authorizes the pickup by clicking the Authorize Pickup button.
By following these steps, companies can efficiently manage the return process of dispenser bottles, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Schedule Pickup ( Mobile App)
Get Return Pickups: Simplifying Dispenser Bottle Returns
The Get Return Pickups feature within Phluowise Business streamlines the process of returning dispenser bottles from consumers. It enables companies to efficiently manage and track dispenser bottle returns initiated by customers through the Phluowise Ecommerce mobile app.
Key Components:
Customer Initiation:
Customers initiate dispenser bottle returns through the Phluowise Ecommerce mobile app. They provide details such as the quantity of bottles to be returned and their location for pickup.
Company Notification:
Upon receiving a return pickup request, the company is notified through the Phluowise Business mobile app. They can view details of the return request, including the quantity of bottles, pickup location, and customer information.
Acceptance Process:
The company has the option to accept the return pickup request. Upon acceptance, they can schedule a pickup time and date, and add any additional information or instructions for the customer.
Communication:
The company can communicate with the customer regarding the return pickup details, such as the scheduled pickup time and any specific instructions.
Driver Assignment:
Once the return pickup is scheduled and confirmed by the company, the pickup details are assigned to a driver through the Phluowise Driver mobile app.
Real-time Tracking:
The assigned driver can access the pickup details through the Phluowise Driver app and navigate to the customer's location for the pickup. The company can track the driver's location and monitor the progress of the pickup in real-time.

Get Driver App: Streamlining Delivery Operations
The Get Driver App feature within Phluowise Business is designed to streamline delivery operations for companies registered on the platform. It enables companies to efficiently assign tasks to their drivers, track delivery progress in real-time, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.

Driver Assignment:
Companies can use the Get Driver App to assign specific delivery tasks to their drivers. This includes providing details such as pickup locations, delivery addresses, and any special instructions or requirements.
Real-time Tracking:
Once a delivery task is assigned, drivers can access the task details through the Get Driver App. They can then utilize built-in navigation tools to navigate to pickup and delivery locations efficiently.
Delivery Updates:
Throughout the delivery process, companies can receive real-time updates on the status of each delivery task. This includes notifications when a driver begins the delivery, arrives at the pickup or delivery location, and completes the task.
Optimized Routes:
The Get Driver App optimizes delivery routes based on factors such as traffic conditions, distance, and delivery priorities. This helps drivers save time and fuel while ensuring prompt deliveries.
Task Management:
Companies have full visibility and control over all delivery tasks through the Get Driver App. They can monitor task status, track driver locations, and make necessary adjustments or updates as needed.
