Phluowise offers users two convenient order systems: Instant Order and Schedule Order, tailored to meet their diverse needs and preferences.
Schedule Order System:
How do I set up schedule orders for order as a consumer?
To place a schedule order, users navigate to the company profile and locate the
Schedule Orderoption.Upon tapping, users confirm the terms and conditions before proceeding with their order.
Users can toggle the products they wish to purchase (e.g., bottles, sachets, dispensers) and specify the quantity.
Date and time for pickup are selected, along with any additional instructions for the company.
Once submitted, users receive a confirmation message indicating that their schedule order has been sent.
Instant Order System:
What options are available for scheduling orders as consumer?
Users can instantly check the availability of water from the company's profile.
Upon availability, users initiate the purchase process by confirming terms and conditions.
They specify the quantity and type of water they wish to purchase and grant location access for delivery.
Users are connected to a driver upon order acceptance and provided with driver details.
They can track the driver's ETA and communicate with them as needed.
Payment options include mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) or pay on delivery.
Users are reminded to ensure payment to the driver on delivery to facilitate company fund access.
Upon completion, users are prompted to provide a rating based on their experience.
NB:
ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival. It refers to the approximate time at which something or someone is expected to arrive at a certain location or complete a task. In the context of the Phluowise documentation, ETA is used to indicate the estimated arrival time of the driver delivering water to the user's location.
Usage:
The schedule order system allows users to plan their water purchases in advance, ensuring timely delivery and convenience.
The instant order system offers flexibility and immediacy, enabling users to purchase water on-demand.
