Add/View Branch (Admin Only)

Create and oversee multiple business locations.

Access: Topbar Avatar -> Add/View Branches

Features

• List View: Searchable list of all branches with status indicators.

• Status Toggle: Enable/Disable branches (Main Branch is always active).

• Delete Functionality: Select and delete branches (requires confirmation).

• Create Branch: Dedicated form for adding new locations.

Q: I can't see the "Add Branch" button.

You are likely logged in as a Branch User. Log out and sign in with your Admin credentials (the account used to register the company) to access management features.

How to Create a Branch

1. Click Create Branch Space.

2. Fill in Branch Name, Location, and Branch Code (auto-generated).

3. Set Admin Credentials (Email & Password).

4. Submit to create.

Branch Status Types

• Active: Branch is operational

• Pending: Awaiting verification

• Suspended: Temporarily disabled

• Blocked: Permanently disabled
